The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.
Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About After the Rain
A man with a short beard and tied-back hair kneels in Camel Pose (Ustrasana) beside a still pond with water lilies and reeds. Soft light after the rain falls across his open chest as he arches back and reaches for his heels.
Seafoam green and sky blue spread gently into sandy tones and pearl white. Loose watercolor washes, fine pigment grains and patches of bare paper give the pond soft reflections and the figure a light, open feel. The painting suits a bedroom wall, a quiet reading corner or a space set aside for yoga.
