Moonlight Prayer Shore(art print)

Night-sky acrylic
Seated Prayer · Anjali Mudra

Canvas, paper and care

The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.

Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting

About Moonlight Prayer Shore

A bearded man with tied-back hair sits cross-legged in Seated Prayer (Anjali Mudra), with his palms pressed together at his heart and his eyes closed. He rests on a quiet shore beneath a full moon and the wide sweep of the Milky Way.

Midnight purple and magenta clouds spread across the sky, while white stars and gold accents catch the moonlight. Layered brushwork gives the night depth and a soft, dreamlike feel. This painting suits a meditation room, a bedroom, or a quiet reading corner with a dark or neutral wall.
