Where the Morning Settles(art print)
Loose watercolor
Seated Twist · Ardha Matsyendrasana
Canvas, paper and care
The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.
Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting
About Where the Morning Settles
A man with a short beard and tied-back hair sits in Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) among wildflowers in a quiet meadow. Soft morning light falls through the haze as he turns his torso, holding one knee with one arm and resting the other hand behind him.
Warm gray, dusty blue, and apricot flow together in loose watercolor blooms, with fine pigment textures and white paper letting the light shine through. Soft edges blend the figure into the meadow, making this painting a gentle fit for a bedroom wall, a meditation corner, or a quiet reading space.
