Where the Tide Turns(art print)
Palette knife acrylic, impasto
Seated Twist · Ardha Matsyendrasana
Canvas, paper and care
The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.
Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting
About Where the Tide Turns
A bearded man with tied-back hair holds Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) on a quiet beach at low tide. Soft golden light falls across the water, and long reflections stretch along the wet sand.
Sea teal, pale turquoise, warm sand, and coral form a gentle balance of cool and warm color. Thick palette-knife ridges and visible strokes give the figure and shoreline a sculpted feel, while open light across the sky suits a meditation room, a quiet bedroom, or a reading corner.
