Golden Hills at Rest(art print)

Boho abstract gouache
Seated Prayer · Anjali Mudra

Canvas, paper and care

The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.

Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting

About Golden Hills at Rest

An East Asian woman sits cross-legged in Seated Prayer (Anjali Mudra), her palms pressed together at her heart and her eyes closed. She rests inside an oval of abstract hills beneath a warm sun, surrounded by simple leaves and curved shapes.

Ochre, teal, clay and off-white create a warm balance of earth and light. Smooth shapes, flat color fields and fine dry-brush grain give the gouache painting a soft, tactile quality. It suits a meditation corner, a quiet bedroom or a living room wall with natural wood and warm neutral tones.
