Silver Moon Reverie(art print)

Night-sky acrylic
Seated Prayer · Anjali Mudra

Canvas, paper and care

The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.

Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting

About Silver Moon Reverie

An older woman with short silver hair sits cross-legged in Seated Prayer (Anjali Mudra) on a desert dune. Her palms meet at her heart and her eyes close beneath a glowing moon and the vast Milky Way.

Deep navy and midnight blue give the night sky depth, while soft gold and silver white bring warmth to the stars and moon. Fine speckles, layered clouds and gentle brushstrokes create a quiet sense of space. This painting suits a meditation room, bedroom or peaceful reading corner, especially above a light wood console or a simple seating area.
