Stars Above Stillness(art print)

Luminous acrylic and glaze
Seated Twist · Ardha Matsyendrasana

Canvas, paper and care

The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.

Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting

About Stars Above Stillness

A serene figure holds Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) on a mountain summit beneath the first stars. One arm wraps around a raised knee while the other hand rests behind, and seven points of colored light glow softly along the spine.

Deep teal sets a quiet night scene, while the seven chakra colors add a gentle line of warmth from red to violet. Smooth layers of light and fine brushwork give the figure a soft glow. This painting suits a meditation room, a bedroom, or a quiet wall where you pause to breathe.
