Lantern at Rest(art print)

Japandi line and gouache wash
Seated Twist · Ardha Matsyendrasana

Canvas, paper and care

The canvas is a poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched over a 1.25 in pine frame with hanging hardware attached. The painting continues around the edges (a mirrored wrap), so the whole image stays on the front.

Framed prints use 189 gsm museum-grade matte paper behind a clear acrylic front, in a solid wood frame 0.75 in deep. Keep both out of direct sun and wipe with a dry cloth.

About the painting

About Lantern at Rest

A woman with dark hair in a loose bun sits in Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana) beside a low stone lantern. Soft light falls across the quiet space, drawing attention to her gentle turn and steady posture.

Soft terracotta and bone white washes meet warm sand tones and a confident ink line. The continuous brushwork and open space give the painting a quiet rhythm. It suits a meditation room, bedroom, or a calm wall near a reading chair.
